How long before my order ships?
Depends on the piece! Most items will ship within 2-3 business days. If the item is custom made or altered it may take a little longer.

Can I change/cancel my order?
Shoot us and e-mail with your purchase number and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships out!

We ship Canada Post and the timing varies depending on the option and where you live.

Where is my order?
Your order confirmation e-mail has a Canada Post tracking number. It'll tell you roughly where it is and when your order will get to you.
Where do you ship?
Right now we just ship to Canada and the United States. If you live elsewhere and would like to order something send us an e-mail and we'll set up something for you!
