Could there be a more perfect "any time of the day" food? We have been known to eat it hot or cold, a big piece on it's own, or as part of a lovely spread with a side salad or roasted vegetable.

Ingredients
Crust: Flour, butter, salt.
Filling: Eggs, milk, cream, bacon, potato, cheddar cheese, green onion, salt, pepper.
Reheating
To reheat your quiche from the fridge:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Heat quiche in oven for ~15 minutes.
Freezing & Reheating
Should you choose to freeze the quiche, wrap well in foil or plastic food wrap before placing in the freezer.
To reheat a frozen quiche:
1. Do not thaw quiche, cook from frozen!
2. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
3. Place frozen quiche on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until heated through.
